Google Drive is getting more and more friendly for video uploads. Recently, Google has added visual reinstatement of thumbnail previews such as newly supported videos, time stamped all lions, and Youtube.
The latest addition is Google VIDS integration. The eligible work space domain user starts to see the purple Google VIDS icon at the top right when the video opens in the drive. Clicking on this can be rich in media content such as music and additional text overlays by using the video of the video. Google VIDS offers a fairly basic editorial tool, but has the advantage that it can be done entirely in the cloud. When the editing is completed, a new VIDS file is created, so you need to save or export the task separately. Perhaps Google can make the process smoother by providing internal editing in the future.
There are several limitations in the new integration. Less than 35 minutes in MP4, QuickTime, OGG and WebM videos, and less than 4GB. Also, as mentioned, we should not expect a new integration of free Google Drive account. Instead, the eligible work space domain is as follows.

- Gemini Education or Gemini Education Premium Customers with additional features

- Previously purchased Gemini Business or Gemini Enterprise Add-ons
Among them, users can start seeing integration within the next 15 days. Of course, this function works best on the desktop, but even theoretically, even a mobile browser should be able to get enough eyes and solve the quick editing with accurate tapping.
