The IGN was invited to see the pirates of the Caribbean theme and barrel taverns held at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom on August 29, and we thought that the symbolic charm was a loving labor that respected in a wonderful way.
As soon as you enter the beak and barrel, it feels like you’ve entered the world of pirates. Like a ghost mansion shop on a Disney treasure (And soon Disney Destiny!) This space feels like an expansion of charm in the best way.
Yoho, Yoho, Pirate Life
And all small details! The Pirates of the Caribbean (charm and movie) will want to find a rich Easter egg, callback and props. You can’t see him in a tavern yet, but he doesn’t want to be owed and caught by Beak and Barrel’s owners, so Jack Sparrow can be seen in one of four captain booths.
Speaking of the owner, her name is Captain Meridian “Merry” Goldwyn, and she left her first spouse, Rummy, a parrot audio-anime mart. The creation of Romi Special is inspired by the original Barker Bird, which appeared in Disneyland and Disney World’s Caribbean attractions.
Rummy sometimes appears on the cursed bar and adds a context to an event that occurs every 10 minutes. When we were there, we saw the cooler/siren music attacks in a cool color, and Rummy and Cast members instructed us to cover their ears and instructed them not to be persuaded by their songs.
He will also cry quickly with my favorite black cat KAT. This lovely cat is sleeping on the door and there is a gold hoop in the ear. She is in a very cozy bed and does not like to sleep, but she can see her breathing and tails sometimes moving. In short: perfect.
The cursed rod itself is a sight of purple. TIA DALMA (played by Naomi Harris in the movie) presents a gift of a gorgeous and fascinating lumen bottle that guarantees the barrier of tavern in a pub, and there is a secret that will be found inside the skull as it presents a gorgeous and fascinating rum bottle that will never be dry as full of the fry of the Fire Rate. Rum disappeared from one of the activation. Fortunately, the crew could bring it back.
There is a confusion right in front of the bar, which is named in that way. Because it was a mess for Spanish soldiers before the pirates came in and occupied the place. Some wonderful details that are noticeable are the anchor on the table of the cat’s doors and fitting chandeliers, which were given to Mary of Captain’s first ship.
On the right side of the beak and barrel, there is a captain’s accommodation. This was a residence of the comandante in Spain, so I felt a bit more than other rooms with a grand art work. Oh, and it also has a cozy fireplace with a miniature line in a bottle that sometimes says that you are involved in the battle.
Set in every corner of the captain is a personal living room where pirates like games and opportunities. Some of the pirates can see the game that played with a warning to those who want to deceive.
This is a 45 -minute preview, and it’s a great area if you don’t care about missing fun in major areas. It seems to be a good place for friends and family who want a quieter place because it is located behind the wall, is located in the corner, and can be shouted in a beak and barrel with fantastic cast members who are fantastic cast members who play a violent pirate.
Buri and barrel are a big space, and I think your experience can be slightly different depending on where you sit. So I think it’s important to keep it in mind! Do not worry though. There are many signals that will tell you when something goes down because you can see what happens.
The last main area is Mapmaker ‘S Room, and there is a huge table that acts as a shared table for guests. The previous will, the producer said a bit crazy, and the other pirates had to shoot the walls with Canon when they locked all others. In fact, the Canon Ball is still trapped on the wall so that everyone can see!
Another small detail I like in the room is a treasure map on the wall, and the X of the map refers to the quite magical place of Florida.

Considering that this is a tavern, the theme needs food and drinks, and the team behind the shell and barrels took the challenge. We were able to talk with Stephanie Dold, a drink director of Walt Disney World, and Bobby Rivera, a chef, and how the team continued in the work.
DOLD said, “From the point of view of the drink, we really leaned on other things that can be found throughout the other regions where spice trade and pirates may have sailed,” DOLD said. “We wanted to bring it to life, and I think we did it through the other drinks we have in the menu.”
“Our task is to match the beverage programming and international flavor, and to be faithful to where the theme and the world are in the world.” They are very familiar where we are, and I think the exciting taste will be popular with our guests. “
I asked them what menu item to find and DOLD said she was a siren whisper. This drink has a “fascinating blue color and an eternal promise of youth”, and it still combines the pot and pillars, white rum and citrus and spices. Inspired by the fountain of the youth, the drinks have special siren tears.
DOLD said, “Siren’s whisper is not what we did before, and we won’t expect it to find it in beaks and barrels,” DOLD said. “But it is huge to see where the elegance and story of glass products came from and how you got it.”
In terms of food, Rivera recommended Kraken’s catch, which can be the most notable item in preview of food products because octopus tentacles pop out. Lemon and lime juice include olive, bell peppers, avocados and peppian pepper almond bubbles along with lemons and lime juice.
“We actually tried to represent it on the plate because Kraken came out of the deep sea and there was a symbolic scene in the pirates of the Caribbean Knowledge.”
We couldn’t try this, but we tried to do cursed treasures, island regulations and treasures.
The cursed treasure is a non -solo colo drink mixed with coconut milk and cookie crumbs. Now, this is the place we arrive at my favorite part of our beak and barrel and not even joking. The cup was too cold. I don’t know what kind of pirate magic is in that place, but I’ve never seen such a cup and has changed my life honestly.
Okay, anyway. The drink itself was refreshing if it was a bit boring! The hint of cookies and creams tastes like water!
Next, there was an island provision of the plantation of chip, blue corn tortilla, baked flat bread, mango chutney, garlic cheaty, spicy guava, and hot culantro cream dip. This was a funny dish that can be shared, and Mango Chutney, which has a plant, was definitely my favorite, but everyone was good!
Finally, we ended with Treasure Trove, a vanilla cake board, a chocolate cannon, and a golden caramel popcorn. It was served with the kissed refrigerated cup with “Mysterious Ube, Lemon, Coconut Cocktail” and it was a fun end of our adventure that respected pirates in a good way.
Beak and barrel are space for pirates of all ages.
With all the themes and fun foods and drinks provided by Beak and Barrel, the team came out to stress me, how many experiences of pirates of all ages are. Of course, it may seem rough and violent in Ne’er-do-wells, but in reality it is to enjoy the pirates of the Caribbean in a completely new way.
Ken Ricci, a creative development of Walt Disney Imagineering, said, “The important thing for us is that the whole family can experience our story, so you will not be just attracted in a passive way, but will spend time in this world.” “And again, it’s good for adults, but it’s really good for children. We wanted to see what it included.”
This place is also a space where guests come back to time and time because the team has made a concrete “moment of expanding beyond the time here.” The team hopes to take something new every time you enter the door of beak and barrel.
After opening on August 29, you can see how easy it is to visit the beak and barrel. very Popular space. The guests are limited to only 45 minutes from the tavern, so I hope it will help you bring as many people as possible.
I exist because I have a happy place like the ghost mansion sellers, beaks and barrels, so it’s a good way to immerse our loved stories. I hope this trend will continue because it is another example of a treasure worth searching for beaks and barrels.
